Housing Chula Vista - Going down hill

After years of increaing house prices... Chula Vista real estate bubble has bursted. In neighborhoods which boasted 800K houses, now boasted "BANK OWNED" signs. It's terrible, the communitiies are beautiful but the market just turn ugly.
