Generally getting expensive & growded

Being sandwiched in between Baltimore (Blue Color town) and D.C. (strictly White Color area!) has enabled area to be resiliant to economic down turns but like all other cosmo areas (Boston, New York, Phil., etc.) it's morphing into one great big mass of humanity and lossing what Urban feel it might have had.
