A great Covid remote work location/opportunity. Very safe, good in town hospital, ocean resorts a short drive away, endless quality water activities. Some good restaurants, active policing...interesting history, about everything you need 30 minutes away in Salisbury including one of Americas best hospitals and a jet serviced airport. Many homes are being renovated NOW and multiple offers, some over asking prices are not uncommon. Somewhat remote, but many of Americas small waterfront extremely expensive towns are Montauk , Provincetown, St. Michaels, Oxford, Charleston.
