This is a huge lie! Our entire town runs on immigrants if it wasnt for the Hispanic population we wouldn't be thriving! The carpet industry seriously hires everyone in this town! Everyone in this small town of 30,000 lives like family together no one hates anyone my neighbors and their neighbors are Hispanic our town is 40% Hispanic 50% white and 10%other ethnicity or somthing like that! If your a visitor you may want to hang out a little longer before judging all of us from a fraction of 000.001% of the 30,000 somthing folks who call this small mountain town home! This town was seriously built by immigrants both European and Spanish!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PERSON!

Another thing no carpet mill like shaw or mohawk will pay anything less then 8.25 or 8.50 an hour and that's a person who tapes boxes all day!! Most jobs in the big mills like them pay 10.00 an hour with tons of overtime easily bringing in close to $500 or $600 a week! That's nearly 4000 a month or somthing around it! We do have strict illigal immigration laws ice does check documentation through whitfield county sheriff's office arrests and dalton city police arrests but if your here legally your all good! No this is not a sanctuary city if your illigal you will be deported but we have amazing immigration loyers who will help undocumented immigrants with returning as a citizen or atleast extend a Visa! So let's recap we are not a racist town besides the oddball 000.001% of the 30,000 somthing that lives here like anywere else you have rotten tomatoes who need culled from the vine.... that's everywere you go! Our town I promise to the lord above is the farthest thing from racist that's with my hand on my bible!!! God bless and hope to see some new faces around here in the backwoods where I live or maybe even downtown in our little slice of the bible belt :)

If only your words were true. Dalton is known as little Mexico. The illegals have taken over. So the police is targeting Hispanics? BS This is a lie. That’s basically all that’s in dalton now.
