Pros:
1. Extremely low cost of living
2. Affordable place to live
3. Home to ADM Corporation

Cons:
1. The city literally stinks from the ADM factories
2. High crime rate
3. Not much to do
4. Poor school system
5. The economy is dominated by ADM, so it's hard to find employment if you don't want to work for them
