i dont know what these people are talking about either! i have lived all over the u.s. and boulder,superior,louisville,denver area is uber nice. all cities have their share of everything negative plus more mentioned! as far as weather goes, i love it! i'm from the east and when it rains and snows, it's gray.....not here! sunny,sunny,sunny, even when it snows. as for diverse, it's not NYC, but nowhere is! it's definately diverse when you can't get a job b/c you can't speak spanish! in short, it's great here, and some of these people just want to complain or don't know anybetter b/c they havent seen bad.

Unaffordable? Compared to Jackson Mississippi (or Barry Illinois), maybe. Compared to other major U.S. cities, Denver is a mega-bargain. But not for long. After the Dem convention the secret will really be out. Young professionals will be drawn to it like bees to flowers.
