I've lived in Des Moines all my life and I've been to 46 of our 48 continental states.
Des Moines is boring they don't do anything big enough,they try but always fall short.
But it's not like every other state(or city)is any better or worse. The big difference would be to have more warmth in the winter,if I ever win the powerball I am moving!!!!!
I'd like to see more museums,larger audtoriums,better shopping.Water sports in cleaner water.Saylorville and Red Rock lakes are filthy,people can clean up their yards but that doesn't change whats going on every where else.
