Significant amount of dust, or sand in air.
Could be due to open pit mining in area AND perhaps the dump?
Causes eye irritation
Poor quality air can cause throat pain and stuffy nose
especially overnight into early a.m. seems time of symptoms
Drought worsens air born particulates NEED INJUNCTION to limit activity
