The quality of life in the Easton, mid shore area, is excellent. Health care, climate, culture, access to goods and services are all top notch. The Chesapeake Bay is a wonder to enjoy for fishing, sailing, swimming and observing. Like most good things however, it has attracted too many people, which brings some of the things mentioned in the first sentence, but takes away from those mentioned in the third
