Beautiful Place to Live

My husband and I are both retired [military, and banker], we recently brought a "new" home in Efland, NC in the McGowan Creek area on a 10.76 acre lot, and its absolutely beautiful. We hope more will come to our area and build homes since its mostly for those who love beautiful homes, wildlife and their privacy. Efland is special because it has not been taken over by large populations of folks and it still has the small community store to shop, and a small community Post Office. The quality of life is wonderful, and we find it a far cry from the hustle of the city, traffic, and crowds. If you want country living and still be five minutes from the Interstate 85/40 and right off of Hwy 70, then come to Efland, NC and it your home. You'll wish you had.
