Growing town dispite its own best efforts

El Paso is a town that will explode in population due to the military that will be comming in in the near future. However, the town has a long way to go before it can truly compete with ther real city. The entertainment, food, culture are mostly one dimentional being a border town. There are small pockets of people that try to bring in new and exciting things to El Paso, but it soon fails due to lack of support from the people in the city and sometimes the city its self.
