Terrible Place to move if you want to rent

We lived here for about two years and had the most trouble finding an apartment or rental home. Basically no web listings, and what we thought was the nicest looking place turned out to be income restricted. So we lived in a dump the whole time because it was the best place we could find in a short amount of time. Don't move here unless your buying a house and want to live away from the city.
