Eugene is hell on earth.

TERRIBLE! This town is filthy. I couldn’t go one week without being robbed by the homeless population. They own your stuff more than you do. The crime is out of hand. College students are pumping music day and night, this town will take everything you have and ruin your life. AVOID.
