Review of Eugene, Oregon

Eugene suffers from an anti-business attitude
Star Rating - 5/11/2008
Eugene has done more to support business expansion in its sister city across the river, Springfield. Many businesses report difficulty expanding in Eugene due to availability of land and endless bureaucratic restrictions. I am personally aware of a solar panel manfacturer who wanted to relocate here but was unable to find suitable sites.
