Poor Caitlin,
She misses the whole point of Fairhope. We do have magnificent oaks and magnolias (and yes we have asses) but Fairhope is much more than that. It is a community of open minded individuals from all around the world. Yes, there are financial resources available to those of us who have located here. (Sell real estate in California and you can choose to live anywhere!) That doesn't make this wonderful community any less of a magnet for family oriented - community aware - art loving and peace seeking folks from around the world. I have enough resources to live anywhere in the world, and I choose Fairhope. God Bless the people who made this place what it is.
