Cape Cod weather - not bad, not perfect

Currently living in Cape Cod, MA (Falmouth to be exact). Moderate summers and winter due to ocean effect. Summer temperatures tend to be cooler than Boston, and winters are milder. A higher percentage of sunny days to cloudy/rain. Occasional extreme storms with rain/wind. Fairly low humidity in summer, but things tend to stay wet year around. Watch out for mold in basements.
