Alvin, it sounds like you are the one who needs to do some research. FBI.gov clearly shows that the South, as a region, has a higher crime rate than any other region including the west. Even right here on Sperlings best places you can easily bring up a list of the cities with the worst crime rates. Of ALL large cities (metros over a half mil) in the country, one of the top two is in Arkansas, and the other borders on Arkansas, and 8 of the 12 worst are in within 500 miles of Fay. Sperlings rates Fay a 4,5 on crime, the same as the city I am living in. Since more people die in wrecks than from murder, it seems strange that you attribute such little importance to traffic safety.
