Flint has a lot of pros and cons
The pros; The University of Michigan has it's medical campus, law, economic, science and historical campus here. Ann arbor has the arts, humanities, social sciences bussiness and sports.
You can buy a good house for under $40,000
Their trying to re develop the city
Clean air and lots of parks
Not as much of a police city like Chicago
Good old fashioned fun
It's like being in America in the 1970's
Cons
High property Taxes
Blight
Crime
lead in older homes made before ww2
A lot of alcohol consumption
A lot of single moms
and a small police department thats overwhelmed
