I Moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL 9 years ago and believe me, it's not the same, housing is sky-rocketing but sadly the minimum wage has not improved much to meet the demands, the traffic??? let's says it's awful, just like any other large metro areas, but south florida driver's are extremely rude and violent. Insurance price is sky rocketing, last but not least get ready for the 5 months hurricane season, trust me you might need to think again about relocating here
