Pros:
1. Low crime rate
2. Excellent outdoor recreation
3. Best air quality in the state

Cons:
1. Poor school system
2. High cost of living and housing
3. Unaffordable place to live
4. Huge meth lab problem
5. Rapid growth

GJ has a nice climate and is a paradise for the outdoor oriented. If you have kids avoid central GJ public schools - not so good. As a rule the natives are creeps but most of the transplants are quite nice. And the transplants are the majority.
