Flying Cockroaches, Heat, Gangs, Traffic, Dirty Ai

Home prices are so ridiculously high here because California real estate is even worse. That is incidentally the only reason people are moving here. We are building high rise apartments now because land is running out and no one can afford houses. This means traffic is getting worse -- it's already at a crawl most times of the day, and forget about rush hour. The air is so filthy I have to have to go to the doctor to get a sinus infection treated at least twice a year. Crime is going up, graffiti, shootings and burglaries especially in the wealthy enclaves of the town which are right next to the ghettos (it's so densely populated here that a slum is never more than a few miles away).
There are cockroaches everywhere (except my house which glows a bright radioactive green color at night). Nevada schools are ranked last in the nation -- yep, Misssissippi outranks us-- the only reason I can even spell 'Mississippi' is because I was educated in other state. I don't have to tell you how hot it is here, it's a desert for Pete's sake, but I will tell you that since most of the city is new, there are absolutley NO shade trees anywhere, not in parking lots, not in parks, NOWHERE! The sun is always in your face. Half the year everyone has to stay inside all day long --just like Chicago in winter--how ironic. I am saving up and will be leaving here someday. So in conclusion, please ignore everything I just wrote and move here and continue to drive house prices up so I can sell mine and get the hell out!
