Down to earth, friendly and very well kept neighborhoods. Not your regular 9 to 5 neighbors. Safe neighborhood due to many many Law enforcement/fire department/etc. that live in this zip code. Appreciate all the cameras also! Better safe then sorry and if you have nothing to hide and your not a shady/creepy person then you should have no worries!!!! Schools are top notch and gated! Again, a lot of cameras everywhere!
Air is fresh and enjoy the breeze when I visit family out here. I am actually putting an offer on a house and plan on moving to this area by July….God Willing!
