Jefferson City is a nice community.
Although crime is everywhere, it has picked up bc of some drugs that have moved in the area. Our police have been working diligently to track down the criminals.
Great schools and beautiful/affordable housing.
As for the weather?? It can be 70 degrees one day and the next it could be snowing.
It's more when the seasons are to change.
I have worn shorts and flip-flops one day and a heavy coat, literally, the very next day.
If you are looking for a nice community, friendly people, fun shops and a little German culture... Come to Jefferson City!
