Yes Kingman is growing. That's what cities are supposed to do. Yes, housing went up LAST year (2005) with every other city's housing growth. But this is NOT an expensive place to live. You can buy a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for around $190,000. Try that in California? Or even Phoenix!
