I do not know where you getting info that in future economy in city should raise up to 37%? I do not see that! I spend 20 years living in city,nothing change,properity tax going up,cost of living going up, employer want tu pay minimum wages.Avridge job pay between $9-$11/hour/avridge appartment rent $690, utility in family house $210/monts, no walkways in town you need car. or wait for bus in ditch on side of the road not protected from rain(who knows howe offten bus pick the people)Knoxville living did not improve for 20 years what i m here!
