Wow Robert you certainly have backed up the position that locals are cold to outsiders. These folks are simply posting their opinions, sharing their experiences for those of us considering a relocation to the area. Um...that's what this site is for. I found the comments helpful, I found yours to be as well. I would never come to Tennessee and complain that things are not as good as back home, that would be rude and should piss off the locals. But I didn't see any of that, just transplants sharing the challenges they have experienced. Your post indicates the comments are spot on, I would hate to move next door to someone like you.
