Excellent Moderate Climate and Proximity to Beach

Laguna Hills is located in South Orange County (between Los Angeles and San Diego) and has wonderful sunny weather year-round. It is a family community with access to parks, walking/hiking trails as well as biking trails. It is a 20 minute drive to local beaches,and not too far from other area attractions like Disneyland, Hollywood Studios, etc.
