beautiful, expensive and crowded

Laguna Niguel has beautiful rolling hills, a mild climate, lots of great restaurant and has wonderful beaches within 10 minutes. It also is very expensive, the people can be rude and homes are close together; lots of traffic and lots of people.

Definitely a pretty nice place to live if you enjoy the Southern California lifestyle.
