There are very few jobs in this area. I am willing to bet 90% of the people here are forced to commute. My daily commute is 2 hours and 15 minutes each way. Also the property value has been cut in half in the past two years. There are many foreclosures and vacant homes.

I agree 100%. I commute about 1.5 hours each way. 13,000 people and there's not even a bank here as far as I can tell.. I have to drive 30 minutes just to take out $20 from an ATM.
