After reading the last 2 posts (which must have been posted from a city official) I am puzzled. I have lived in Lancaster for almost 6 years and this hole in the desert has declined in the quality of living and continues on a downward spiral. There are NO jobs here unless you are in the medical field, aerospace or retail. There are too many new home developments and not enough companies relocating here. The AV is a commuter town. I have to travel 3 hours a day to make decent money to support my family. The crime is horrible and there have as of this month been 34 murders in Palmdale/Lancaster. All the riff raff from down below are selling their homes for major money and coming to the AV and buying into our neighborhoods and tormenting our families. Sure...invite more child molesters and drug dealers to the AV...aren't there enough of them here already? You obviously don't have children and are blind to what is becoming of the AV. I for one am moving my family out of this God aweful town and out of this crappy state!
