Pros:
1. Low cost of living and housing
2. Affordable place to live
3. Good school system
4. Home to Fort Sill Military Reservation

Cons:
1. High crime rate
2. Huge problem with gangs and drugs
3. Gang problem is becoming so bad that gangs have become common in the suburbs!!!
4. Not much to do
