Lawton Ok, a huge disappointment

My family moved here about 2 years ago due to military obligations. This is by far one of the worst places i have ever seen. The town is old and worn out. It has a bunch of empty buildings and torn up streets. The crime rate is rediculous, esp. gang activity and drugs. The town is so far behind the times. The so-called mall is terrible. There is a great need for growth and improvement. It is more of an old retirement village, where the elderly long time residents don't want change.
