Overpriced

Given the cost of living here, this has to be one of the more overpriced locations in Massachusetts, and that's saying a lot given the current housing market here. A few nice neighborhoods but for the most part it's just a dying old mill town comprised of the most unfriendly people you will ever run across. Don't make the same mistake I did and move here, I can't wait to leave!!
