Born here and lived here all my life. Not great, barely even good. It's a bit racist but not as bad as Northern Maine. City can't keep the damn sidewalks clear of snow and the social scene is a drag, plus there aren't many good jobs. But I'm rating five stars anyway because it sure as hell is better than Auburn LOL
