Gotta love Lincoln

Lincoln is a wonderful place to live. The older neighborhoods are full of beautiful older homes and friendly neighbors. Sure there are areas that need work, but find me a city anywhere in the world that does not have areas in need of repair.
We have lots of wonderful parks, not because they are unsuitable for building but because we love having parks for our children to play in and for us to enjoy. We also have a great network of hiker/biker trails throughout the city. I will admit we are a little slow to add bike lanes but it is coming.
The homeless population is no different than any other city of our size but has become more visible in the last couple of years.
We are a college town and our downtown is full of restaurants and bars. We have wonderful sporting venues and fans that have class.
Our streets are well maintained, but winter plays havoc on them and spring and summer there is generally lots of construction to repair what mother nature has broken. The traffic moves well we don't have traffic jams or gridlock. Patience is the key.
Our police are wonderful and on top of troubled areas.
We have lots of libraries, museums and wonderful people. Come see us sometime!
