Lincoln is a great place to live, known for its friendliness and helpful neighbors. With lots of parks and an impressive bike path system, the only thing lacking is a warmer climate during the winter months; however, those who enjoy the cold and snow find as much to occupy themselves with during winter as in the summer in terms of outdoor recreation. Lincoln has relatively low crime and reasonable cost of living.
