Lincoln - Pros/Cons

Pros:
1. Low crime rate
2. Low cost of housing
3. Home to the University of Nebraska and the state government

Cons:
1. Not much to do
2. Taxes in Nebraska are extremely high due to the presence of wealthy people like Warren Buffett (richest man in the world)
3. There's not enough data on the school system, so I don't know if it's good or not
