Arkansas has a horrible education system. We are 41st in the NATION in education. No idea how you can even begin to claim such a thing. In Little Rock the best places to live are in the Heights/Hillcrest neighborhoods or West Little Rock, however, you will need to have money to live in any of those neighborhoods. I was born and raised in Arkansas, lived in Little Rock and Jonesboro most of my life, and some time in Fayetteville. Private school (Pulaski Academy) is about the only decent school in Little Rock, and one of the only private schools that is NOT Christian based. Ugh! Little Rock and Fayetteville are probably the best places to live in this state if you find yourself stuck here like most people.
