Review of Lompoc, California

Lompoc's zip code is 93436. It's population is close to 60,000. A home on average is $200,000. I was born there. crime is high with a federal pen. within city limits. Prisons bring the scumb of the world to your town. Crips, Bloods, drugs, street walkers...think again about this being a nice place. It's a nice place to be FROM!

I was told the prison is a white-collar prison, meaning it houses white-collar criminals and non-violent drug-law offenders (and most non-violent drug-law offenders shouldn't and wouldn't be in prison if this country didn't have destructively draconian drug laws). If that is who is incarcerated in Lompoc, then why would the prison draw the "scumb [scum] of the world," as you put it?
