If you are looking for a quiet community full of nice people, fun activities and wide open spaces, Mesquite is the one. Yes, most of the population is older and that is what we like about it. Drawbacks are lack of shopping stores. But its trying. Even though Vegas is close and St. George is closer, Mesquite could use some more large stores. We're hoping for growth and conveniences to continue to move here. Come check it out.
