Great summer beach town

We have a great city right on the south shore of Lake Michigan. Shopping, boating, restaurants, golf...everything is no more than 15 minutes away. No rush hour traffic like Chicago or those big cities and suburbs. Inexpensive housing and taxes. Play golf during the week on uncrowded courses for $25.00 or less with a cart! No crowds. Thats what is nice if you want to get away from the big city.
