Milford is a great town for those who are looking to take their dollar farther in Real Estate. The housing stock is plentiful for 1st time buyers with many lower priced starter homes. Milford was one of the only towns in the Metrowest area that saw a year over year increase in the amount of homes sold in 2008 v.s 2007. Milford is located along the 495 belt for easy access commuting access. It has a much larger population and commercial base than most of the towns in the area.
One downside to Milford is that there have been substantially more foreclosures than any of the neighboring towns.
