Some fun eats and pit stops but crime got worse

Convenient, close to everything, groceries are VERY expensive, close to the canyons , TONS of traffic, cute coffee shops, but unfortunately very poor law enforcement presence. Low income housing assistance programs have ruined several streets/neighborhoods that were up to a certain standard at one point. The further up you live, the safer it is.
