I think people get the false impression that this is one of the highest crime cities. Is it the most safe city in the country? .. no, but if you look at the crime data is even better than that of Minneapolis which is suppose to be the shining gem of the Midwest. I think the media here just takes one crime and talks about it over and over again until everyone things people are just getting killed and robbed every minute in Milwaukee.
