I have to start by saying that I grew up in Moline... and was very happy to leave it!
My family lives there so I still visit 2x yearly. It's one of those unfortunate places that just doesn't have anything going for it. The only concilation may be time. There's nothing to do but try to master something- guitar, quilting, archery, researching other places to live...
On the plus side, still some of the best and cheapest antique-ing. I also love the Farm and Fleet!
