Moreno Valley has been taken over by Mexicans who fly their rag of a flag and refuse to assimilate. You need to be bilingual to live here now. The traffic is atrocious and the police are unforgiving on traffic violations. The radar cops hide throughout the city like vultures.

hello Jay I have lived here for long time and I agree with you 100 percent. Too many Mexicans that have extreme high standards and is making this town worse and degrading.
