Houses are cheap and your only 45 minutes from the big cities which makes it one of the cheapest places to live. 30 minutes from the mountians if your into those things. Jobs are closer than you think 30 minutes from Utah County or thiers lots in the area that pay good. old fashion fill with little crime. Dont even have to lock the doors. Everyone should live in a town like this a place where smiles are every where and everyone Knows your Name.
