Great place to live and work

I've lived here 25 years. Perfect climate. Very central for employment opportunities. Really great schools. 45 min to San Fran, 45 min to Santa Cruz beach. Shoreline lake park in town rents all kinds of non power boats like Kayaks, paddleboats, etc. International restaurants galore. Shopping and activities of all kinds so close. Price of housing is high, but not as high as San Fran.
