Relocating...NEED ADVICE!

Our family wants to move to the beach! I am 15 in my sophomore year. My brother is 24, he is a truck driver. My dad works in construction and roofing. We currently live in Western NC and the employment has dried up and we are ready for a major change. We visit myrtle beach every summer and stay at Ocean lakes in our RV. I hear both good and bad things from the reviews about mb employment, crime and the school system. We have been researching online for land in MB and Surfside. Im having trouble getting quotes on lots and finding residential communties. Anything readers of this can tell me about MB or Surfside would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
