I'm from here and have lived in other cities before ,the real deal is that Nashville is just that a ville ,a township. The city is a facade .In most neighborhoods they're no side walks has nothing to do with money .It's a way of dividing socio-economic groups.Companies don't pay here because they get away with it .Remember it is a right to work state,so they can fire you for any reason. They refuse to get a decent rail system ,their excuse is their is not enough density, the real reason is these mom and pop car dealerships would loose business, and that would affect the politicians wallets.Nashville is for conservatives and that's ok ,most people who move here from major metropolises that like Nashville ,don't like diversity and they're not forward thinking people .Nashville embraces that mentality and fosters it,and people like that thrive in an environment like this.So don't be shocked It's Nashville ,not Nashiago ,or NashYork ,It's NashVILLE,and will always be.YA'LL COME BACK NOW ,YA HEAR!!!
